Privacy policy

This website is run by Mingo Labs in Colombo, Sri Lanka. This page explains what happens to your information when you use it. It is a plain-language summary, and you can ask us anything about it.

What this website does not do

The site has no user accounts and no server of its own that stores your details. The forms do not send your information to a database.

Forms, quotes and orders

When you send a quote request, a gem purchase request, a contact message or a newsletter sign-up, the site writes your message and opens WhatsApp or your email app. The message reaches us only if you press send there. WhatsApp and your email provider handle it under their own policies. Any PDF is created in your browser and saved to your own device.

Information saved on your device

We save your theme choice (light or dark), your cookie choice, and the contents of your quote basket and gem cart in your browser, so they are there when you come back. You can clear these in your browser settings.

Statistics and ads

If statistics (such as Google Analytics) or ads (such as Google AdSense) are switched on for this site, they load only after you accept in the cookie notice. They may set cookies and collect information such as pages visited and device type. You can decline, and the site works the same.

Other websites

Some links and embeds, such as maps, social media, Google Play and partner websites, belong to other companies. Their privacy policies apply when you use them.
